Step 1: Connect to power
Connect the Power Adapter to the Smart Controller. Connect the Controller to the pad. Plug the Adapter into a standard wall outlet. Use only the included adapter  this device requires 36W and cannot be powered by a USB power bank or laptop port.

Step 2: Position the pad on the treatment area
Place the pad over the area you want to treat back, lower back, shoulder, knee, waist, leg, or neck — with the LED side facing your skin directly. For maximum effectiveness, place the pad against bare skin. Thin, light-coloured clothing is acceptable if needed but may reduce therapeutic depth.

Step 3: Secure with the adjustable straps
Use the included stretchy straps (70 × 6cm) to hold the pad comfortably in place. Snug enough to maintain full LED contact not so tight it restricts circulation.

Step 4: Power on and set your session
Press the Power button on the Smart Controller to turn on. Use the controller to customize:

• Timer button: select session duration of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes (the device will auto-shift when the session ends).

• Intensity buttons (t/-): adjust brightness from L0 (lowest) to L4 (highest) the display screen will show the current time and brightness level.

Tip: Start with L1 or L2 if you're new increase to L3 or L4 as you become comfortable.

Step 5: Relax for 20–30 minutes
Sit or lie down the pad is hands-free. You'll feel gentle warmth building as the near-infrared light penetrates tissue. This is expected and normal. Do not use under heavy blankets or in enclosed spaces.

Note: Some LEDs will appear dim or off these are the 850nm near-infrared LEDs. They are invisible to the human eye but actively treating deep tissue. This is normal.

Recommended frequency: 3–5 sessions per week, 20–30 minutes each. Allow at least 2–3 hours between sessions on the same body area. Consistent use for 3–4 weeks gives optimal results.
